(1-800-827-6364) Subject: Where to Fly in Chicago, IL? Hello everyone. My wife and I just moved here from Berkeley, CA and we are desperately looking for places to fly our dual line kites. I haven't even been able to locate a kite store around here. We actually live in Oak Park, about 10 miles west of the city. If anyone out there can help, please let us know: I would prefer a direct reply, as I don't get out here very often. Thanks in advance! Phone is 708-848-4907. Contact them and they should be able to give you directions to either Ned Brown Meadow in Schaumburg or North Avenue Beach in Chicago, both great places to fly with other enthusiasts. There are a total of five specialty kite shops in the Chicago area and I'm sure you will find all of them very helpful and knowledgable. I received many replys to my original message, most of them about a meadow in Schaumberg, and I just wanted to thank you all for taking the time to answer. I really appreciate it. See you there soon, I hope. -Steve and Sylvia. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
